WHAT WE’RE OFFERING
resume review
$200 per hour
We focus on first impressions: what does your resume say about you? Does your resume reflect the jobs you are applying for? Our coach will help you craft a version of your resume that will impress recruiters and hiring managers. We want you to stand out in a crowded field of candidates.
$200 includes a meeting with our coach and a conversation about ways to improve your resume as well as the overall story you are sharing
For you if:
You learn best while in communication with others
You aren’t getting past the first stage of the hiring process and you feel like you’ve tried everything
You are applying for a position in a new field and need help showing off your skills
Mock IntervieW
$200 per hour
Interviews can be awkward, but they don’t have to be. Whether in-person, over the phone, or on Zoom, we’ll practice answering questions to make sure that you’re telling your story in a way that makes you stand out from the crowd.
We’ll practice answering commonly-asked questions and some unconventional ones to make sure that you’re confident and prepared to show off your experience. You’ll also receive a recording of the session that will allow you to fully engage during the process and review your feedback as you’d like in the future.
We’ll ask you to fill out a form in advance to give us more information on what job you’re applying to so we can adapt questions and feedback to a specific sector and/or role, if desired.

NRG Private Coaching
$800 for 4 hours
We will craft these sessions to meet your needs. Whatever you choose to focus on, Kristin will work with you on how to best share your story, interview well, and stand out in a crowd.

Intros and “tell me about yourself” practice.
Tips for creating job search materials, including your resume, and how to align your LinkedIn and overall online presence.
Interviewing training, tips, and practice.
How to leverage your network and best practices for informational interviews.

$1800 for 10 hours

SMALL GROUP COACHING SESSIONS
Do you want to improve your job search skills but are looking for something that fits your budget? Maybe you have specific questions and only want help with one aspect of your search? Then a 60-minute Small Group Coaching session may be exactly what you need.
Small Group Coaching is a strategic way to focus on a topic with a group of your peers. Join five to six other people on the job hunt to dive into topics, including: Using LinkedIn, Revising Your Resume, Preparing for an Interview, and more.
Investment: $100 per session.
Date: Recurring throughout the year

MEET kristin:
Kristin Saybe has worked as a Recruitment Director for non-profits and progressive organizations overseeing large-scale recruitment and hiring campaigns hiring thousands of people to work in the progressive community.
Most recently, Kristin was the Recruitment Director for the Outreach Team, overseeing the hiring of field directors, organizers, project directors and operations staff for GOTV efforts, voter registration and signature-gathering campaigns run on behalf of organizations such as Planned Parenthood, NARAL Pro-Choice, and the League of Conservation Voters. Kristin has extensive staff development and training experience, and is passionate about connecting people with roles and organizations where they will excel.
Currently living in Richmond, VA with her husband and two daughters, Kristin grew up in Louisiana where she developed a love for parades and cajun food. During her downtime she loves to spend time at the James River and is an avid knitter.
