Tell us about your experience with recruiters

Happy New Year! If you are reading this, I hope that you are still enjoying some down time and are easing into 2024.

At the end of last summer, we sent a survey that asked about your job search. We let you do the talking and hundreds of people responded.

We learned a lot from that survey. One theme from the comments was that people are unsure how to work with recruiters. We define recruiters as individuals outside the hiring organization who are getting candidates excited about an opportunity and helping to move candidates through the hiring process. As we look forward to this year, NRG wants to know about your experiences with our recruiters and other recruiters as well. We want to get a full picture of the landscape out there.

Also, as we discovered from the last survey, sometimes it helps to share all ranges of encounters–from great to frustrating–and then to know that others are having similar experiences. I want to know the good, the bad, the ugly, and the energizing. It’s all multiple choice except for a question at the end where you get to talk to me directly. It’s just about your experience and should only take 2 minutes.

We will keep your information anonymous and we’ll use it to improve our own hiring practices at NRG. I’ll also use this data to encourage clients to make the best hiring process decisions–decisions that make your life easier and better.
