More than 20 years ago, Naomi cut her teeth as a PIRG organizer and went on to become their National Field Director. She is the former Executive Director of Green Corps, an environmental organization that trains recent college graduates in a one-year post-graduate program in grassroots community organizing. When Obama first ran for president, she hired 600+ people to move to swing states to get him elected.
NRG Consulting was founded in 2018 by Naomi Roth-Gaudette. Naomi is a seasoned grassroots organizer and a relentless recruiter with infectious energy. In 2023, NRG completed 217 searches with 70 mission-driven organizations. 64% of hires identified as people of color.
