MEET OUR COACH

Kristin Saybe has worked as a Recruitment Director for non-profits and progressive organizations overseeing large-scale recruitment and hiring campaigns hiring thousands of people to work in the progressive community.  Most recently, Kristin was the Recruitment Director for the Outreach Team, overseeing the hiring of field directors, organizers, project directors and operations staff for GOTV efforts, voter registration and signature-gathering campaigns run on behalf of organizations such as Planned Parenthood, NARAL Pro-Choice, and the League of Conservation Voters.  Kristin has extensive staff development and training experience, and is passionate about connecting people with roles and organizations where they will excel.  Currently living in Richmond, VA with her husband and two daughters, Kristin grew up in Louisiana where she developed a love for parades and cajun food.  During her downtime she loves to spend time at the James River and is an avid knitter.
