MEET ARIANNA HAUT
Arianna is a seasoned educator and leader with a passion for supporting schools that do great work for kids. She joined Teach For America nearly 20 years ago as a high school teacher in St. Louis, where she earned Teacher of the Year recognition. After three years at her placement school, she joined TFA’s staff, developing institute curriculum and training hundreds of new teachers over several summers.
In 2012, Arianna joined the Building Excellent Schools fellowship and founded an early-start middle school in South Los Angeles, working with some of the world’s best 4th-8th graders and their teachers. In 2020, she joined the team at NRG Consulting, and leads the firm’s education work with schools across the country. Arianna lives in LA with her cats, Adelaide and Burrito, and loves baking, baseball, and trivia.
