Lots of opportunities

Thanksgiving is around the corner. It’s my favorite holiday. The temperatures in Boston drop and my family heads to Miami, my hometown. All of my high school friends are in town visiting their families, the weather is perfect, and it’s fun to eat yummy food and watch people have a blast watching football.

As the end of the year approaches, I receive more requests for meetings with candidates on the job hunt. Typically, I do more of these introductory meetings during December and January than I do at any other time of the year.

Since we know that people are starting to look for their next role around this time, we are highlighting a bunch of cool opportunities out there. Every now and then we use this space to lift up other groups and connect our Talent Network with what’s out there. If you are receiving this email from a friend, join our Talent Network so you can stay in the know as well.

As the holiday season approaches, I know you are probably thinking about holiday gifts. Maybe, just maybe, you want to give them the gift of coaching.

Here’s a quote:

“The resume review and feedback process is so thorough. I received valuable written feedback, comments via a video and was able to meet with Kristin to review everything. I knew exactly what changes to make to my resume and why. I have been out of the job search for a while and Kristin’s insights were exactly what I needed.” — Meredith Horowski

Plus, you can always give yourself the gift of coaching. My wife, Sarah, is a master at knowing when she needs something and instead of waiting on others, she takes the initiative and makes it happen. If you’ve been interested in coaching, use the holidays as an excuse to help spruce up your skills and prepare for the hiring season in 2024. Schedule 15 minutes to learn more.

Let’s move,

Naomi
